As a S Stone Management landlord we offer a variety of management services to suit you. From rent collection, service charges, administration and back-office functions, sustainability initiatives, concierge and other premium services, we can provide you with the perfect property or building management package.

Regular site visits, deposit claims, negotiation of deductions with tenants, and a rapid response to emergencies bring you real peace of mind, while your assigned manager will be the single point of contact, reducing the stress of dealing with enquiries yourself. We’re also established block management professionals, skilled in maintaining capital values while keeping the property and its services well maintained.

We manage your property as if it was our own. From a single asset to a large investment portfolio, our property management team deals quickly and efficiently with the day-to-day maintenance to bring you peace of mind.

Whether you wish to be involved every step of the way or would like us to take care of everything, our Property Management team can create a bespoke service accordingly. By choosing us to manage your investment, everything will be taken care of, from tenant care to the day-to-day upkeep of the property. We will appoint one of our dedicated, locally based Property Managers to be your main point of contact.

Right from the start, your Property Manager will work closely with the Lettings team in order to facilitate a smooth move-in for your new tenants and, during the tenancy, all repairs and maintenance issues reported will be dealt with swiftly. Throughout the duration of the tenancy, your Property Manager will personally carry out periodic inspections to ensure that the tenants are maintaining the property to the required standard.
